After this post spread around, many varying opinions from Neopians covered the boards and tags on other blogging sites, but no word from the artist yet, who is quite popular and talented. The thing is, Neopets does have the rights* to the character, but is it really… right? The image is so close that it’s definitely not a coincidence, and yes they CAN use her work.. but not even a shoutout in the news? Not even a thanks? Hopefully this gets resolved.
